Hewlett Packard

The project consists of the construction and fit out of a new 10,000 sq m three storey office facility on the grounds of the existing Hewlett Packard site at the Ballybrit Business Park in Galway City.

The design strategy provides accommodation in the wings which rotate around a central core which provides a sculptural dynamic to the form, while ensuring that internal usage efficiency is maximised.

We have strived to provide a design which not only meets the briefing criteria and adjacency requirements, but one which also allows for shorter circulation distances between work zones, reduces individual isolation, provides spill out zones for office interaction and an enhanced user experience within a LEED Accredited building. The architectural materials are restrained, with clean simple modern lines, which enhance and invigorate the surrounding environment. LEED Accredited building.
